Join Le Vignoble for an evening hosted by Lynda from Holden Manz, Franschhoek, South Africa. Sit back and enjoy a guided tasting of wines from the vineyard, whilst learning a little more about the history, production methods and beliefs.
Located in the top, southern-most corner of the Franschhoek Valley, in the embrace of its spectacular mountains, the 22 hectare Holden Manz Wine Estate is situated between the Franschhoek River and Stony Brook at 300 metres above sea level. The Estate only cultivates its top 16 hectares under vineyards, notably Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Merlot. Long, cold and wet winters allow the vines to rest well, while hot dry summers and a gentle autumn allows for slow ripening.
A passionate and out-of-the-box approach to the winemaking process combined with a deep respect for preserving the quality of the fruit shows in every bottle they produce.
Tickets £20pp with £10 returned on a wine card.
