Milsom Place will once again be joining forces with the Fine Cheese Company to bring you the 7th Annual Cheese Festival 2011.
Mark the date of Saturday October 29th in your diary as some of the top artisan cheese producers from around the UK will be congregating in the courtyards and streets of Milsom Place.
All are welcome to this free event where you can meet the producers, learn more about the processes during demonstrations and taste and buy the cheeses.

The
last remaining traditional farmhouse Cheshire is made on the Appleby’s Farm on
the Cheshire plains using unpasteurised milk from their own herd.

Graham Padfield uses his own Organic Milk from Kelston Park to make Bath
Soft Brie and Wyfe of Bath.

Caws Cenarth Cheese, Carmarthenshire
Carwyn Adams makes traditional cheeses on his Welsh farm. Alongside
these he has invented many new cheeses including: Golden Cenarth, British
Cheese Awards Supreme Champion 2010.

Tom Calver and his father, Richard, revived the traditional of making
traditional cheeses on their farm in Westcombe, Somerset. Using their own

Whalesborough Farm, Cornwall
Sue Proudfoot started cheese-making 11 years ago in the old dairy at her
husband Fraser’s Whalesborough Farm using milk produced from their own herd;
she makes a large range of unpasteurised cows’ cheeses.

White Lake Cheese, Somersert
In 2005 Pete Humphries joined forces with local goat herder Roger Longman
to set up his own dairy: Whitelake Cheese. Using the milk from Roger’s
700+ goats Pete is known for being an experimental cheesemaker, with lots of
little tests sitting in his ageing rooms.
