Sit back and enjoy a guided tasting of wines from the vineyard, whilst learning a little more about the history, production methods and beliefs.
Moorooduc Estate has intensive, hands-on care in their vineyards, with minimal use of chemicals, which produces the best possible fruit for the wines. Wild yeast ferments and minimal intervention winemaking, with a nod to traditional Burgundian techniques, allow the wines to express their terrior.
£20 per person, with £10 returned on a wine card.
