FLAVOURS OF THE WEST 2010 - 8th & 9th May

In addition to great restaurants including Jamie’s Italian, the Moon & Sixpence, and now YO! Sushi, Milsom Place has been quietly gaining a reputation for successful food and producer events and supporting artisan producers with our South West Cheese and Chocolate Festivals.

Flavours of the West on 8th and 9th May will once again celebrate local and regional produce and producers.

The event will be held in the courtyard and walkways at Milsom Place in the heart of North Bath’s fashionable shopping area, Milsom Quarter.

Flavours Of The West 2009 was a great hit with local and regional producers, all coming together at Milsom Place to showcase the unique mix of produce that the West has to offer.

We had the launch of Bath’s first Chorizo, Bath Pig offered customers British Chorizo, hung locally and as good as Spanish exports. Duncan from the Thoughtful Bread Co sold his Eco Artisan hand rolled breads - the Beetroot loaf was a huge hit. Bramley and Gage offered top quality liqueurs and sold out of their award winning organic Sloe Gin.

We expect this year to be even bigger and there has already been great interest from suppliers and the public alike..

Come and enjoy a whole weekend of culinary delights on the 8th and 9th May 2010.
