Rob Hancock of Wright Brothers in Borough Market will be offering expert advice on shucking and serving oysters as well as matching them with some fabulous fizz. You’ll find him in the Cruck marquee where he will be selling a variety of English oysters, served with a glass of champagne. You can also buy fresh oysters on line at www.wrightbros.eu.com
